How do I book an appointment?
Open the app, tap a stylist's profile, choose a service, pick a time slot, and confirm. You'll get a push notification when the stylist accepts.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Open the booking from your Bookings tab and tap Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellation windows are set by each stylist and shown before you confirm a booking.
How do I get a refund?
If your stylist cancels or you need to dispute a charge, tap "Need help?" inside the booking detail and our team will review within 24 hours.
I'm a stylist — how do I join?
Sign up in the app as a beauty professional. You'll be guided through portfolio upload, services, availability, and Stripe Connect for payouts. Approval usually takes under 24 hours.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Cards are stored securely (we never see your full card number). Stylists are paid out on Stripe's standard rolling schedule.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside the app and tap "Delete account," or email support@blossom.app from the address on your account. We'll process deletion within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a problem with another user?
Every profile, message thread, and post has a Report option in the menu. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email us directly.
The app is crashing or won't load. What now?
Force-quit the app and reopen. If it persists, check for an update in the App Store. Still stuck? Email support@blossom.app with your device model and a description.
